Booking Policy
To confirm a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card or complete payment via bank transfer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the host, full payment is required at the time of booking.
The accommodation tax and any applicable legal taxes are included in the reservation price unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date are free of charge.
- For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the total reservation amount is non-refundable and a 100% cancellation fee applies.
- In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- Any bank transfer fees, transaction costs, or currency exchange differences related to refunds are borne by the guest.
Please note that this is the general cancellation policy. Certain properties may apply different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated on the specific property’s booking page and will prevail over the general policy where applicable.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
- Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: until 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please note that these are the general check-in and check-out hours. Certain properties may apply different check-in/check-out times, which will be clearly stated on the specific property listing and in the booking confirmation. In such cases, the property-specific check-in and check-out times shall prevail.
Occupancy & Visitor Policy
Only the guests declared in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number stated in the confirmed reservation. In the event of unauthorized additional guests, the host reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate the stay without refund. In such cases, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Visitors are not permitted unless prior approval has been provided by the host.
Additional guests may only be accommodated upon prior written approval and may be subject to extra charges.
Pet Policy
Some properties allow pets upon prior approval.
Guests must inform the host in advance if they intend to travel with pets. Pets are only allowed in specifically designated pet-friendly properties.
An additional pet fee may apply and, where applicable, will be clearly stated during the booking process.
Guests staying with pets agree to comply with the applicable Pet Policy and accept responsibility for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbance caused by the pet during their stay.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the properties. Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning and deodorizing charges.
Noise & Quiet Hours Policy
Guests are expected to respect neighbors, nearby properties, and the peaceful environment of the area.
Parties, events, loud music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
According to Greek regulations during the summer period, quiet hours apply daily from:
- 15:00 to 17:30
- 23:00 to 07:00
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Pool Use Disclaimer
Properties with swimming pools are used entirely at the guests’ own risk.
Guests acknowledge that the host and property management bear no responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, or loss arising from the use of the pool area. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Damages & Liability
Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment, appliances, or contents during their stay.
Guests are required to promptly inform the host of any damage, malfunction, or issue identified at the property during their stay.
The host reserves the right to charge guests for:
- damages,
- missing items,
- excessive cleaning,
- violations of house rules,
- or any costs resulting from misuse of the property.
Where damage is caused by the guest or accompanying persons, the guest agrees to fully cover the related repair, replacement, restoration, or compensation costs.
Keys & Lockout Policy
In case of lost keys, damaged keys, or lockout situations requiring locksmith assistance, guests will be charged for all related costs, including locksmith fees, key replacement, lock replacement if necessary, and any additional costs arising from delays or inability to accommodate subsequent reservations.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in to cover potential damages, extra cleaning, rule violations, or additional charges arising during the stay.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and authorize the host to charge for applicable cancellation fees, damages, violations, or additional agreed charges.
Guests agree not to initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks for charges arising in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a disputed payment, the host reserves the right to provide the reservation agreement, communication records, invoices, and supporting documentation to the payment provider or relevant authorities.
Force Majeure
The host shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or inability to fulfill the reservation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, power outages, or other force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional property-specific rules communicated by the host.
The host reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
